Thank you so much for shopping Wheatfield Knitwear!  Each and every item is made by hand in Ontario Canada! 

Shipping 

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post. 

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties, customs charges and fees that may be incurred during shipment. We will not falsify information on the customs tag, neither contents nor value. Thank you for understanding.

Certain countries have import restrictions on knitwear, so unfortunately we are unable to ship to those countries. If an order is received from one of those countries, the order will be immediately cancelled and the customer will be given a full refund.

Returns

We accept returns on all items except for digital files.

REFUND - "IT'S JUST NOT ME":
Should you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are required to return the items in the same condition upon which they arrived and are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we have received the returned item, we will issue you a refund for the full purchase price of the item excluding original shipping costs.

REFUND - DAMAGED ITEM:
If the item has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.  We ask that you provide us with a photograph of the damaged item as it is required to submit a claim with Canada Post. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may ask for the item to be returned to us at our expense. Once we have received the photograph and/or the returned item, you will receive a full refund, including the full purchase price of the item and original shipping costs.

REFUND - LOST ITEM:
In the event that your parcel has been lost, please contact us. An investigation will be initiated with Canada Post and you will receive a refund including the full purchase price of the item and original shipping costs.  You may be asked to complete some paperwork for insurance purposes.

WHEN IS AN ITEM LOST?
Though the estimated delivery time depends upon location and size of item, parcels may be delayed due to customs, weather conditions, holidays, and other unforseeable circumstances. We ask that customers allow up to 45 days for delivery. After this time, an item will be considered lost and a full refund will be given.
